THE  420C SERIES

The  420C Series provide versatile vacuum forming machines.  They combining two vacuum systems, a high volume turbine and positive displacement (surge tank). They can easily do almost any vacuum forming.

Vacuum forming is a versatile method of molding plastic into a specific shape using a mold. Vacuum forming can be used to produce a wide variety of plastic objects. Vacuum forming requires a heat source to soften the plastic sheets and a source of vacuum to "draw" the plastic into or onto the required form.
